How To Unlock Samsung Galaxy S3 V4.3 New Security Via Z3X Samsung Tool v17.6
1. Open Z3X samsung Tool v17.6.
2. Choose correct model.
3. Choose proper usb comport.
4. Power on the phone, insert usb cable.
5. Click UNLOCK.
6. See the unit, click ALLOW.
7. Wait.
8. Put non-accpeted SIMCARD.
9. Agin, SMILE :)

How To Unlock Samsung Docomo SC-05D Using Octopus Box

Unlocking guide for this unit will be displayed on Octopus software like the instructions given below.

To connect SC-05D phone you have to perform the following steps:1. Disconnect USB cable from phone. 2. Go to Menu->Settings->Applications->Development.3. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.4. Unlocking Samsung Galaxy S3 i9300 v4.1.2 Using Z3X Samsung Box

For a better usb driver installation, please use Windows 7 OS. To unlock Samsung Galaxy S3 i9300 via Z3X Samsung Box the phone must be rooted first. How to root Samsung Galaxy S3 i9300, go HERE.

Having a rooted phone, open Z3X Samsung Tool v17.6. Choose correct model, i9300. Select usb serial port. Finally press the UNLOCK button and wait until finish.


Take out the usb cable, insert your non-accpeted SIMCARD, power on the phone. And, VIOLA your Samsung Galaxy S3 i9300 has been unlocked.

How To Unlock NTT Docomo Xperia SO-01B Using Volcano Box
1. Open Volcano Box Software Exe. Press Xperia tab.
2. Choose model: Docomo SO-01B
3. Press UNLOCK! After pressing unlock press the back button of the unit and insert USB cable. The lower right of your laptop will pop up, asking for a USB driver that must be installed. Drivers can be downloaded HERE. The rest procedure, just follow what the software says. Goodluck!
